A local, privacy-first classifieds platform for Trinidad and Tobago.
What We Are
Luk It Hyah is a community classifieds site where people can list items, find local deals, and connect directly. We keep things simple: no personal data tracking for ads or profiling, and every advert is reviewed before it goes live. KYC data, when requested, is only used for verification and platform safety.
Buyers and sellers connect privately through messages linked to each advert. Users cannot message each other unless a specific advert is involved. When an advert expires or is deleted, its linked messages and public Q&A are deleted too.
What We Are Not
We do not handle payments, deliveries, or escrow. Transactions are between buyers and sellers, so always use good judgement and meet safely.
How We Build Trust
- Email verification is required to post adverts and send messages.
- Adverts are reviewed by admins before going live.
- Reports take adverts offline while we investigate.
