The service said officers went to the San Juan Promenade on the Eastern Main Road at about 10:10 a.m. on Sunday in connection with that report. It announced two arrests and said officers recovered a phone belonging to the complainant.
The release does not say the other items were recovered, or announce charges or a court appearance. The account is attributed to police; an arrest does not establish guilt.
