The Express reports that, in a judgment delivered on Wednesday 4 November, the High Court rejected Lee’s challenge to that procedure and dismissed his judicial-review and constitutional claims. It says the court found the arrest warrant lawful and allowed the prosecution to proceed.

The report says Lee can still ask the trial judge to consider whether continuing the prosecution would be an abuse of process and retains a right to appeal. Those are available arguments, not evidence that an appeal has been filed or would succeed. This procedural ruling is not a conviction. Luk It Hyah has not obtained the full judgment or a subsequent response from Lee.
