The Express reports that a consent order entered on Tuesday, 3 November, recorded judgment for the owner on liability and removed the need for the scheduled trial. A High Court Master will determine compensation and legal costs. The consent order has not been obtained, and the report does not establish the cause of the fire or liability for every other damaged vehicle.
