The operation is scheduled for Sunday 1 November, with activity between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. The notice says the convoy will use heavy-duty trucks, specialised lowboy trailers and police escorts.

The published route includes Wrightson Road, Independence Square, the Beetham Highway, Abattoir Road, Vieira Street, St. Joseph Road, the NP Overpass, Maritime Roundabout, the Lady Young Road link and the Priority Bus Route before the brewery compound. These are selected route points, not a turn-by-turn navigation guide.

The advisory warns of temporary delays during the movement and asks road users to allow additional travel time and follow police and escort directions. It announces a planned movement, not a continuous closure of every listed road throughout the thirteen-hour window.
