The announced sequence starts with satellite-policy training on 2–3 November, followed by the Caribbean Telecommunications Union’s Spectrum Management Task Force on 4 November. TATT says the meeting will take place at its Barataria headquarters with remote participation; the CTU’s own event listing confirms the date and hybrid format. Workshops on 5–6 November will examine satellite connectivity and the 6 GHz band.

The programme includes preparations for the 2027 World Radiocommunication Conference. These are announced discussions and training sessions, rather than confirmation of new spectrum allocations, a change in licensing rules or an immediate expansion of Internet service.
